We stock a wide range of fabrics, with hundreds of samples to explore in our mobile van showroom. From the first colour you love to the final trim, we help you find a combination that works beautifully in your room.
HUNDREDS OF SAMPLES. YOUR OWN LIGHT.
Our showroom comes to you.
Compare fabrics beside your sofa, wall colour and flooring, rather than trying to remember them in a shop. Our mobile showroom brings a broad choice to your door, with friendly guidance on curtain headings, blinds, lining and coordinating accessories.
Speak to the team about what we currently stock and arrange a viewing across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. Already found a fabric elsewhere? You can provide your own; we’ll check its suitability and the quantity required before making.
Slubby linen and linen-look weaves bring natural variation to a room. Soft neutrals feel calm; sage and clay add colour quietly. We will help check the handle, drape and care of the actual fabric for your chosen heading.
Velvet changes as the light moves across its pile, giving a plain colour another dimension. Explore jewel tones or softer muted shades, then discuss weight, lining and how the fabric will sit when the curtains are open.
From fine leafy trails to expressive florals, a print can become the starting point for an entire scheme. On Roman blinds we consider which part of the pattern will sit at the centre; on curtains, repeat and matching need careful planning.
Roman blinds · Curtains · Country and contemporary rooms
A fine ticking stripe feels relaxed; a broader stripe makes a more confident statement. Checks can be quiet or playful. Compare scale against the size of your window and the other patterns already in the room.
Translucent fabrics filter daylight and soften the look of glazing. Openness varies from cloth to cloth, and a sheer does not guarantee privacy after dark when the lights are on. We can discuss a layered treatment for different times of day.
Raised stitching, jacquard weaves and subtle decorative detail give a fabric interest beyond its colour. See and feel samples to appreciate the finish, then consider pattern placement and whether the construction suits the piece you have in mind.
Abstract shapes, small geometric repeats and painterly marks can introduce movement without a traditional floral. A restrained palette often helps a bolder design sit comfortably with existing furniture and wall colours.
Small stars, gentle woodland motifs and cheerful dots bring personality to children’s rooms and relaxed family spaces. We can help balance the print with quieter colours and discuss lining, care and the complete child-safe blind or curtain arrangement.
Ask the team to show you current ranges, colourways and physical samples.
A LITTLE GUIDANCE
Choose with confidence.
See it where you will live with it
Hold samples near the window and beside the surfaces you are keeping. Look in daylight and under your usual lamps. Colour, texture and transparency can feel quite different as the light changes.
Think about the finished piece
A flowing curtain, a neatly folded Roman blind and an upholstered pelmet ask different things of a fabric. Pattern scale, weight, lining and care are part of the choice. We will explain the options in plain language.
Bring your ideas, not a finished plan
A photograph, a paint colour or a cushion you love is enough to start. Tell us what the room needs to do, which styles you like and the budget you have in mind. We can narrow the choice together.
Your fabric is welcome too
If you would like us to make with fabric you supply, speak to the team before ordering it. We need to check the width, repeat, suitability and amount required, including any extra for matching or finishing.
